What I’d say to a founder whose business feels like too much
7 texts from founders, 7 honest replies. Catch-up weekends, shiny new offers and a bank account you can’t face opening.
I put these together as a carousel of text messages, the kind of honest, slightly blunt replies I’d send a friend who runs her own business.
The one I think about most is the shiny new offer:
The new idea will still be there in 6 weeks. The momentum you’re about to lose won’t be.
(If that’s you, I wrote about a client who did the opposite: she didn’t need a new offer, she needed fewer.)
